This well-appointed common room in a co-living condo at Heritage View is a great choice for students looking for a social, comfortable living experience near NUS and one-north. Heritage View is a quiet, leafy condo tucked along Dover Rise, just minutes from Dover MRT (East-West Line). You're ideally placed for NUS, one-north, and the growing Buona Vista tech and research cluster. The neighbourhood has a calm, residential feel with good food and amenity options nearby. The unit is fully furnished — bed, wardrobe, and study desk included — and comes with high-speed WiFi and regular housekeeping. Utilities are included in your rent, but at a cap of $400 per month for the whole unit; any excess is split amongst the tenants.

Do I pay WelcomeStay for the room?
No. You pay the landlord directly — WelcomeStay does not process or hold rental payments. The financial relationship for rent and deposits is entirely between you and the property owner.
How much does it cost to move in?
Your upfront cost is typically 2 to 3 months' rent: first month's rent plus a 1-month deposit (for leases under 12 months) or a 2-month deposit (for 12 months or longer). Rent is paid monthly throughout your tenancy — you will not be asked to pay the full lease term upfront.
What are the red flags for rental scams I should know?
The biggest ones to watch for: a request to pay the full year's rent upfront before moving in; verbal agreements only with no written contract; cash-only payments with no receipts; requests to sign documents on behalf of other people; a landlord who refuses to stamp the tenancy agreement; and any request to pay rent or a deposit to an agent rather than directly to the property owner. If something feels off, it probably is — walk away.
